You can download your designs five times. It's best to back up the files on your computer and also externally.
The designs are suitable for all types of printers (laser printers, inkjet printers, sublimation printers) as well as for all commercially available plotters and lasers.
With the appropriate license, you may use the designs commercially in accordance with the terms of use.
No. The designs may not be altered or saved in any way. For example, a plotter file may not be converted into an embroidery file.
Please understand that we cannot offer support for hardware such as printers, plotters, etc. Please contact the manufacturer in this case.
Shipping FAQs
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and in some locations, cash on delivery.
We ship digital goods worldwide. Physical goods are currently only shipped within Germany. If you live in Austria or Switzerland, we recommend using third-party providers to handle shipping for you.
If your order is shipped via DHL, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track the shipment and receive your package safely.
