This license grants you permission to use a design of your choice from emmapünktchen for commercial purposes.

• Valid for one person / one company

• up to 30 pieces – after that a new license must be purchased.

• A license must be purchased for each desired design.

Please note: The designs may not be resold digitally , modified, or claimed as your own. This applies exclusively to physical product finishing.

The license does not entitle you to distribute prints, stickers, printed items, or fabrics containing the motifs.

Furthermore, the commercial use of DigiStamps, DigiStickers and DigiPaper for work with paper as well as for sublimation in small businesses is permitted.

According to the agreement concluded between them, the contracting parties mutually assume the granting of copyright to a sample or design. For this reason, the suffix "based on a design by emmapünktchen ® - www.emmapuenktchen.de" must be included upon publication.

You do not acquire the copyright to the respective designs. All rights remain with emmapünktchen ® / Anja Kaschte. Use of the designs without consent is NOT permitted. This consent is granted upon purchase.
