Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 200g sugar
  • 2 packs of pudding powder
  • 180g oil
  • 250h flour
  • 250g milk
  • 1 packet of baking powder

preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius using top/bottom heat.

Step 2

Beat eggs and sugar in the Thermomix for 1 minute on speed 4 until frothy.

Step 3

Now add the pudding powder, oil and milk to the Thermomix and mix the dough for 1 1/2 minutes at speed 4.

Step 4

Mix the baking powder into the flour, add it to the Thermomix mixing bowl and stir the dough for 1 minute at speed 4.

Step 5

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Please note that every oven heats differently, so keep an eye on the cake to make sure it doesn't overcook.

Step 6

One of the best Thermomix cakes I've ever eaten. It's so quick to make, so moist, and so versatile. I've even mixed in almond flakes and chocolate chips. You could also try using a pudding flavor other than vanilla. Chocolate is certainly a great alternative, too. So feel free to be creative.

The recipe is also really great for children and fun to bake.

A great recipe with guaranteed success!

Have fun baking!
